Impossible Pumpkin Pie

This is a Weight Watchers recipe...but you wouldn't know it by how good it is!

Impossible Pumpkin Pie

1 15-oz can pumpkin pie filling
1/2 cup lowfat bisquick
1 cup evaporated skim milk
2 egg whites
1/2 cup splenda
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix and beat together.
Pour into a 9" pie pan.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Makes 6 servings. 3 points each.
